Satisfaction Guarantee

We have a 'No Refund' Policy on our services; however, we always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. With that being said - if you are not fully satisfied, we ask that you contact our front desk staff immediately. Cutting and chemical redo services can occur no later than one week from the original appointment. After this time, it is considered a new service with an additional charge. If you receive services elsewhere, we can no longer provide a redo for the service you received in our establishment. Product refunds are honored 30 days after your initial purchase with a receipt.

Credit Card Service Charge

A service charge of 3% will be applied to all credit & debit card purchases. For your convenience, customers may avoid this fee by paying with cash or check.



All services show a starting price and will vary based on the stylist, hair length, density, texture, or additional services added. Extension services require a complimentary consultation prior to booking as well as paying a 100% deposit for the cost of the hair. Lash extension services are considered a new set if 50% or more of the lashes have been lost between fills. There may also be an additional charge for foreign fills.


Late Policy

Out of respect for our stylists and other guests, services for clients arriving 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be honored at our own discretion. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule your services as seen fit in order to stay on time for all following appointments.
